RH Amar’s own brand Cooks&Co unveils a range extension of its Specialty Wine and Cider Vinegars and a new long shelf-life Goose and Duck Fat food service offering.
Additions to the Cooks&Co range of specialty vinegars includes an Apple Cider Vinegar, available in 2 litre food service friendly plastic bottles, and Red and White Wine Vinegars available in both 1 litre and 5 litre plastic bottles. All the vinegars are perfect for bringing taste sensations to salad dressings, sauces, chutneys and marinades.
Cooks&Co specialty vinegars are matured and fermented using best quality raw materials, state-of-the-art technology and modern methods to produce clear, rich and distinctive flavours, which are both traditional and unique.
Cooks&Co also announces its new to food service Goose and Duck Fat. Already a big hit in retail in 320g glass jars, Cooks&Co Goose and Duck Fat are now also available in 1.2 litre plastic sapphire jars, perfect for use in the kitchen for chefs and caterers. The Cooks&Co products are ambient with a long shelf life of 3 years from production. The jars are re-sealable lid, so chefs can just take what they need without having to decant surplus product into another container, once opened. As the product is ambient unopened, chefs do not need to worry about finding fridge space to store the jars.
Innovative and convenient packaging and long-shelf life set Cooks&Co products apart from the competition, since many other products on the market are either chilled and only have 12 months’ shelf life, or are in inconvenient formats such as glass or tin for caterers.
